accuMail📧
accuMailis a feature that allows you to send emails about a patient to other healthcare professionals and services. It’s available to all desktop users. Click here for a quick refresher video on how
to use it 😊
Community referrals We’ve made it even easier to send community referrals by automatically extracting any email
addresses directly from referral documents attached from the patient’s record 🎉.
A call out to join us in research sessions! 🔊 We’ve got lots of exciting features coming up in our roadmap for accuMail. SNOMED codes 📃
We’re aware of recent changes made to GPDfPR. To help we’ve added new SNOMED codes including Dissent from secondary use of GP patient identifiable data. View the full list we’ve added here.
Batch Messaging📬
Unlimited list sizes are now available for batch messaging, previously capped at 1000 patients. If you'd like to use unlimited list sizes, please get in touch with our support team!
Appointment Reminders 📅
Delivery Receipts are now visible within the Appointment Reminders set up page. This allows you to monitor the status of all the appointment reminders that have been
sent.
You can now also see which patients have cancelled their appointment using the cancellation link, by going to the cancellations tab. Take a look at this article to find out more.
The editing
function for appointment reminders now lets you edit and save any changes made to the template instead of having to delete it.
Batch Messaging and Appointment Reminders are features included in accuRx plus. If you’re not sure if you have access to these modules please get in touch with our support team at support.accurx.com.
accuBook 💉
We’ve increased the capacity for each upload to 500% to help improve uptake of appointments. We’ll continue to monitor the uptake rate and make adjustments where
needed.
We’ve paused work on building the recall functionality to support flu clinics this September, but we’re currently working on a few more developments within accuBook, such assupporting the new Janssen single-dose vaccine. Read the full update here.
